Alfresco House Nearing Top-out

Our construction team has been making steady progress at the Alfresco House. Over the past few months, we've been laying blockwork, creating formwork, and casting concrete. The Ground Floor Pavilion took full shape in late 2022, and we are quickly approaching full building top-out. The cast-in-place Pavilion trellis emerged beautifully, and we are thrilled with our progress so far. There is still much work to be done, with internal MEP rough-ins just about to commence. We look forward to sharing more updates in the coming months.
