Alfresco House Underway

Having known the client my whole life and sharing a deep personal connection, the Alfresco House stands out as one of the most meaningful projects I've had the opportunity to work on. The project was meticulously planned with a clear budget and concise project schedule, allowing for the timely completion of drawings by February. Swift permit approvals were obtained, enabling a prompt start to construction activities on-site come May. As of this week, significant progress has been made with the pouring of concrete for the Ground Floor slab, marking a pivotal stage in the project's development.
