Located on a serene street in Accra's East Legon neighborhood, Affram Court stands as a multi-family residential development that harmonizes understated simplicity with bold exuberance. Tasked by the owners to optimize the number of units within the lot while embodying a minimalist contemporary aesthetic, our team's approach is deeply rooted in the ethos of tropical modernism. The outcome is a collection of 7 interconnected townhouses that artfully blend the client's preference for extensive glass elements with the inclusion of internal courtyards and a delicate metal screen on the eastern and western facades. This design concept reflects a thoughtful balance between modern trends and timeless architectural principles, offering residents a unique and inviting living experience.
